I wish I could say I am really creative, but I get alot of my recipes from other food blogs. I thought this one in particular was really fun since I never cook anything with tofu. I brought this to my sister's Christmas party and decided it would be a nice alternative to all the meat that was there. I added alot of red pepper flakes since I am starting to like spicier food now. Yay!
